The Box "Additional resources" at the end of chapter 4.4. contains three links that all reference unpublished knowledge articles. All three were updated last in April 2025 and are currently in status: "Unpublished: This document is not published or is a draft that is on track to be published."

This is unfortunate as they cannot provide any value to most customers. If you don't have the permission to access unpublished content they appear to be just broken links.

Please publish the knowledge articles if possible.

The box "4.6. Additional resources" contains a header link [1] referencing chapter 4. Is that intentional or did it get there by accident?

The Box itself contains a link to unpublished content [2]. This is confusing to the customer and does not add any value to the documentation. Can you please check whether the unpublished knowledge article can be completed and published?
