• Image owner needs to provide this information ASAP:
• If this image update requires documentation in the release notes, you must move the parent epic you cloned to the RHEL project
  (click More -> Move -> choose RHEL project and keep the ticket as an epic). We aim to provide the best experience for our customers, which requires that information about the image onboarding is available in a publicly accessible project.
• The due date: Product Page milestone "Doc plans finalized (Additions after this date require negotitation)"
• Set the FixVersion for the task. 
• Add the description of the image in the comments or make sure it's set in Comet image repository.

This information is required early in the process to facilitate documentation planning and foster the customer-first perspective.
