Section number and name: Missing section "Managing cluster nodes"

Describe the issue: The missing section "Managing cluster nodes" (which was present in similar RHEL 7 docs) is missing in RHEL 8 documentation. Moreover, at the end of the section 3.6 (inside the block "Additional resources") there is a link to that missing section, which is obviously broken.

Impact of this issue: The reader is not aware how to perform operations such as adding a new node to, or delete an existing one from, the cluster for instance - which sort of leave the feeling of being reading an incomplete documentation for a product.

Suggestions for improvement: Adding the missing section to keep the equivalence from previous RHEL 7 documentation.
