get correct information from the RHEL documentation

A major partner who I work with was using the wrong information, which might have led them down the wrong path had I not noticed early.

Steps to reproduce

1. Read this page: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/10/html/building_running_and_managing_containers/communicating-among-containers
2. notice it's wrong

Expected results

It should say that as of RHEL 9.5 and podman v5, "The default network mode for rootless containers is pasta."

Actual results

It says for RHEL 9 and 10 "The default network mode for rootless containers is slirp4netns."
