Use RHEL System Roles during Image Building time

      RHEL system roles[1] have support for building and managing immutable images and systems. This support should be documented. For example: https://github.com/linux-system-roles/storage/blob/main/README-ostree.md[2]

      In addition, some of our system roles can now be used with bootc and this should also be documented. https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-78157

      [2] I'm not sure what this should be called in our official docs set. I think "ostree" might not be suitable because it is the name of the upstream technology, and it is one of potentially several backends for our immutable OSes. We have also used the name "RHEL For Edge" in the past, but it isn't just for Edge computing.
