Misleading information about the qcow2 image type

      Describe the issue:

      Column "Target environment" lists just "QEMU" for the "qcow2" image type. But this is the format for Red Hat OpenStack, Red Hat OpenStack services for OpenShift, and OpenShift Virtualization, among other solutions.  It is important to name those platforms as we expect Red Hat customers to use image mode to deploy on Red Hat's own virtualization and IaaS cloud platforms. 

      Also, for parity with the "raw" image type, the "qcow2" image should also include "libvirt" which is the tool RHEL sysadmins and developers on Fedora and CentOS Stream will use to create local VMs – and we want them to use image mode to provision those VMs too!
