Describe the issue:

Currently the section talks about :

  " ipv4.gateway-ping-timeout: Delays activation "

We have now a new feature added via Jira  RHEL-75558 (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-7558) where  "ip-ping-timeout" and "ip-ping-addresses" can delay the activation.

It will be good mention these new features as well under this section.

Suggestions for improvement:

Add   "ip-ping-timeout" and "ip-ping-addresses features which can now delay NetworkManager-wait-online activation under section "22.2 Overview of NetworkManager-wait-online"
