      .RDMA-based migration is unsupported

In RHEL 10, migrating virtual machines (VMs) by using Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) is no longer supported. Therefore, Red Hat highly discourages using the `rdma` URI for VM migration.

QEMU/KVM RDMA live migration has been obsoleted since RHEL8.8 (for RHEL8) and RHEL 9.2 (for RHEL 9).

We should be able to unsupport this feature starting from the next major release of when deprecation started, which is RHEL10.0.  Add this ticket to track the documentation change.  No code change should be needed in QEMU.

Note: The deprecation in RHEL 9 has been documented in the Release Notes via https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELPLAN-153267
