There are new dsconf parameters for easier log configuration.  Previously you would use:

  dsconf INSTANCE config replace <logging attribute>=<new value>

This requires knowing the attribute names - which are not easy to remember and requires searching the config before setting the config.  The new feature uses an argument for each setting, and significantly improves how to work with log levels
