Section number and name: 4.7.2.2. Checking the pello binary RPM for common errors

      Describe the issue:

The example output in this section uses the pello-0.1.2-1.el8.noarch.rpm binary filename, which doesn't exist when using the example spec file given in the 4.5.4. An example SPEC file for a program written in Python section, which will result in the python3.11-pello-1.0.2-1.el9.noarch.rpm binary package filename.

Impact of this issue: Documentation consumers will not be able to directly reproduce the same outcome as in the example output.

Suggestions for improvement: Rename the binary package filename to python3.11-pello-1.0.2-1.el9.noarch.rpm.
