Describe the issue: In the "4.7.{1,2,3}.1. Checking the {b,p,c}ello spec file for common errors" sections both spec file and the SRPM package are checked using rpmlint, which are inconsistent with the section title.

Impact of this issue: Documentation consumers may be unnecessarily confused by the unexpected content.

Suggestions for improvement: A set of "4.7.{1,2,3}.2. Checking the {b,p,c}ello source RPM for common errors" separate sections should be inserted before the corresponding binary RPM counterparts.
