Describe the issue: Codeblock at list point 2.iii is aiming to quote a string but opens quotation with a single quote and closes it with a backquote, which makes the copy-paste + run to fail.
I.e. 
'gpg-pubkey|libmodulemd|katello-ca-consumer`
Suggestions for improvement:

Replace closing backquote with a straight single quote:
'gpg-pubkey|libmodulemd|katello-ca-consumer'
Additional information:

Tested and it works.
