Describe the issue: 

As per the YouTube video posted, I tried installing the convert2rhel package:

yum install convert2rhel

It errored out as:

Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package convert2rhel.noarch 0:2.0.0-1.el8 will be installed
--> Processing Dependency: dnf-utils for package: convert2rhel-2.0.0-1.el8.noarch
--> Processing Dependency: python3-pexpect for package: convert2rhel-2.0.0-1.el8.noarch
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: convert2rhel-2.0.0-1.el8.noarch (convert2rhel-for-rhel-8-rpms)
           Requires: python3-pexpect
Error: Package: convert2rhel-2.0.0-1.el8.noarch (convert2rhel-for-rhel-8-rpms)
           Requires: dnf-utils
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

However I am not finding python3-pexpect and dnf-utils packages.  If these are required to be there, the YouTube video should have included the steps for that as well.

Suggestions for improvement:

I think you should include steps to install python3-pexpect and dnf-utils packages.

Additional information:

I am unable to find the packages anywhere.
