Before closing your tickets (even if a “no go” is the next step) be sure to attach a snapshot (not a link to a living document) of your SBAR and offering specification brief, as well as any other information pertinent to the decision making process.  Examples may include pricing analysis, competitive data, viability assessments, etc.  In this way, there is clarity as to the exact content that was reviewed as criteria for the decision made.
