Add a description to specify the offering and the RTM in which it is to be delivered.  Provide a link to the parent "Strategy" board issue that links to the offering specification brief and any additional detail that may be pertinent to the execution phase.

Be sure to replicate issue for each target route to market (RTM - e.g Azure marketplace, AWS console, etc.) )so that delivery dates and availability can be tracked and reported independently.
