Deliver an offering strategy for RHEL for HPC in the public cloud that offers a simplified offering and pricing structure that is consistent with existing revenue streams for on-premises usage, and adheres to product led growth principles.  This offering structure  will enable customer self-service, and make it easier for partners to transact on Red Hat's behalf.  With adequate marketing support, this should support cloud growth for this offering beyond existing enterprise account usage.

Existing customer demand demonstrated by Azure makes Azure the phase 1 priority.  Offering will be extended to AWS as demand is identified.  Pricing structure will be extended to HPE OEM business, and in the future, the on-premises HPC business will be reconciled with the new structure to simplify the offering across all RTMs.
