2025-01-22: M. Heslin I created this as a placeholder for future discussions around whether or not Red Hat should own the GCP 1P (Console) image builds. This fits in to the broader RHEL in Cloud strategy. 

The discussions are intended to occur after the Azure 1P builds have transitioned.

Description:
The build, publishing, and distribution of GCP 1P (“Console”) images is not consistent with AWS resulting in customers not consistently receiving the best possible RHEL in cloud experience.

The accompanying SBAR is specific to Azure, but is applicable to GCP as well.
