We won't be adding a support for UEFI Secure Boot, at least not anytime soon (related issue: OAMG-6553).

Acceptance criteria:

• convert2rhel is updated so that upon detecting UEFI secure boot it points the user to the KCS on how to disable secure boot https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6753681
• the bugzilla https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2057229 is closed after the upstream PR is merged with the explanation that we won't be adding a support for that but we've added a guidance for the user what should they do to proceed further with the conversion
