We've introduced a function to warn the users that environment variables will be deprecated in a future release of convert2rhel. We need to remove that piece of code after everything is in place to be used as configuration file and no environment variable is supported anymore (after RHELC-1509 is done).

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove the deprecation warning code from toolopts
• Remove the related unit tests

• There is a comment in the code referencing this Jira issue to make it easier to find the code that needs to be removed.
