When testing https://github.com/oamg/convert2rhel/pull/1256 in UEFI vagrant CentOS 7 box I hit error during COPY_GRUB_FILES, which is part of conversion actions.

After that, the tool printed TASK - [Post-conversion report], but the report contained action results from pre-conversion report (log attached).

Steps to reproduce:

• let the conversion fail in the conversion step (e.g. manually setting the result to ERROR in some action)
• observe the post-conversion report contains results from pre-conversion

Note:

• when the conversion is successful, the correct report is used (TASK - [Post-conversion report] title followed by post-conversion data)
