The parent issue RHELC-1578 has the label that triggered autocreation of this subtask to track the relative story point estimation for the integration test part of the issue.

The parent issue description at the time of creation of this issue was:
As discussed during a Cabal session, the up-to-date system check makes sense to keep as a safety measure to not have an unnecessarily large gap between original OS and RHEL versions of packages to mitigate potential after-conversion workload breaking changes.
Additionally, we have discussed that the check being an ERROR/inhibitor might be too harsh, and a WARNING level might be sufficient.

      Acceptance criteria

      • System up to date check is not an inhibitor, but rather just a Warning
