In addition to support EL9 conversions, we need to modify the check that verifies if convert2rhel is in the latest version. Currently, we only support this check for EL7 and EL8, thus, making the need to update the check to include the new repofile.

Without this addition, we won't be able to verify if we are on the latest version, always logging a warning message to the user saying that the system version is unrecognized by the tool.
