Convert2RHEL version check result should be OVERRIDABLE

      When a newer convert2rhel version is detected, the result of the check Action was set to ERROR however we allow overriding the check by setting the CONVERT2RHEL_ALLOW_OLDER_VERSION=1 environment variable meaning that the result is supposed to be OVERRIDABLE.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • The result of the Convert2rhelLatest Action when a newer convert2rhel version is available is changed from ERROR to OVERRIDABLE
