Even if we get invalid output from the package-cleanup call in the duplicate packages check, we consider it as duplicate packages are present on the system.
This can lead to a false negative result in the action and confusing diagnosis message on top of that.

Remediations: This error can be resolved by removing duplicate versions of the listed packages. The command 'package-cleanup' can be used to automatically remove duplicate packages on the system.
