The url has wrong releasever value -> the RedHat repo should contain /7/7Server/ instead.
Steps to reproduce:
- Clean machine
- subscribe the machine before the conversion analysis (sca enabled or disabled - does not matter)
- echo '127.0.0.1 static.redhat.com' >> /etc/hosts
- run the c2r analysis
