The parent issue RHELC-1164 has the label that triggered autocreation of this subtask to track the relative story point estimation for the integration test part of the issue.

The parent issue description at the time of creation of this issue was:
Currently, the tool does not update the custom facts generated during the analysis execution. This prevents us from collecting metrics in Insights when a user wants to execute a pre analysis through the web UI (and also, it will prevent metrics being collected when the user runs convert2rhel in the terminal as well).

Acceptance Criteria

• convert2rhel calls sub-man to update the rhsm custom facts under these conditions
  1. after the analysis execution is done or when the analysis execution fails
  2. when sub-man is installed and should_subscribe() returns False (should_subscribe() returning True means that the system would get unregistered during the rollback and with that all facts are removed from the rhsm servers so there's no point in uploading the facts)
