The parent issue RHELC-774 has the label that triggered autocreation of this subtask to track the relative story point estimation for the integration test part of the issue.

The parent issue description at the time of creation of this issue was:
We've already ignored the yum excludes in one repoquery - RHELC-772 - but there are potential problems with all yum and repoquery calls. E.g.

      • with the repoquery of kernel modules - a customer may have kernel modules in the exclude list and the check won't be complete
      • having redhat-release-server as excluded leads to a transaction calculation failure (RHELC-1282)

      Acceptance criteria

      • packages excludes set in /etc/yum.conf are ignored by all yum and repoquery calls performed by convert2rhel
        • that applies to calls through command line utilities or a yum/dnf API
