We got a few functions that are executed after the point of no return and they need to be converted to actions for the Action Framework.

Acceptance Criteria

• Analyze the functions that are called after the point of no return
• Identify what needs to be changed in those functions to convert them to Actions
• Gather places where we raise SystemExit inside of them
• Document the findings in the google docs draft
