    Description

While testing convert2rhel through the Insights conversion worker script, it was noted that the remediation report doesn't provide the user with the context that the steps need to be run as root or with root permissions.

Given the context for the experience of introducing new users to Red Hat, I believe this additional information will help to ease the process and avoid easy errors.

As an example, an inhibitor for the kernel version will include remediation steps to 1. `yum install` and 2. `reboot`.  The remediation message should indicate the steps should be executed as root or with sudo, or the remediation steps should directly include `sudo`.

This helps allow direct copy and paste of the remediation steps, and would encourage users to align with general advice to not directly act as the root user.

This does have a low severity and impact, but I'd like to request the enhancement none-the-less.
