Duplicate convert2rhel process disregards logs from already running instance

I was testing insights pre-conversion task on insights, and what I tried was to run convert2rhel analyze twice, expecting one of them will end immediatly because of lock - that happened.

To reproduce:

1. clean system
2. run convert2rhel analyze -y at least twice
3. See log files

The log file (the one in archive if I let the the other command finish, or the one in /var/log/convert2rhel/convert2rhel.log if the other command is stopped and doesn't create report) 

content I observed (nothing more):

convert2rhel command used:
/usr/bin/convert2rhel analyze -y 

Since insights gives user the advice to look into log file, it would be nice to have details there.
