After delivering the MVP of the pre-conversions analysis in Insights we want to adjust how will convert2rhel generate the report so that we are more flexible in changing the report messages.

Acceptance criteria:

• The source of truth of the pre-conversion analysis result messages is Insights.
• The messages use variables and jinja2 templates
• When doing a convert2rhel upstream release the message templates are synced from Insights to the convert2rhel upstream repo and shipped in the convert2rhel rpms
• Code cleanup is done on the Efi Action
