Areas where ask_to_continue were removed and replaced with add_message should be changed to use set_result with the level set to OVERRIDABLE and a new environment variable is put into place so the user can ignore that check or decide to have that check error out.

• Suitable areas where ask_to_continue was removed are changed to use set_result with the level set to OVERRIDABLE
• An environment variable is added so the user can skip the check or have the check error out
