To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try and download the granite-3.1-8b-starter-v2.2 model from the stage repository.

Expected behavior

• If that particular v2.2 starter model is to be shipped in the final artifacts, we should be able to download and run tests against it.

Bug impact

• The bug is going to impact the ability to run tests against a v2.2 versioned starter model and we would have to re-run the tests if that is going to be released later on.

Known workaround

• No known work arounds apart from using an older v2.1 starter model.
