Goal: 

Talk to the Component teams especially the new teams about Open Source community facing opportunities. I got positive feedback from Jhelum when I spoke about the opportunity at KubeCon for Docling on KFP. It might be worth to discuss the strategy in our team, based on the priorities and capacity.

• Share earlier success patterns and the impact to OSS communities due to active engagement via talks, presentations, workshops etc., via broader forums like Linux Foundation, CNCF etc.,
• Drive the aspect of importance of tracking community success metrics with the new Component teams.
