Goal: 

As a release engineer, I want the wheel builds to succeed for the changes I'm making, so that I can ship the next z-stream release.

The rhelai-gaudi-ubi9-x86_64-bootstrap-and-onboard job has failed for our latest change (MR).

The history of the 1.5 Git branch shows that this job previously succeeded.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Our CI system has built wheel collections that include the fix for RHELAI-4733.
• Renovate has created MRs to containers/instructlab-nvidia and containers/instructlab-amd for these updated wheel collections.
