Ultimately, the artifacts produced by sdg_hub will be consumed in Red Hat AI 3.0 in some capacity. Ideally, when a contributor creates a pull request, that contributor's proposed changes should run in an environment equivalent to (or as close as equivalent to) the environments we intend to use in Red Hat AI 3.0.

Possible container image

We noticed recently that Jiri (notebooks team) was maintaining container images here.

1. Do we expect RHOAI customers to use the pytorch container there?
2. Would that container image be suitable to use in sdg_hub?
