To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy RHEL AI 1.5
2. bootc upgrade or switch to RHEL AI 1.5.3
3. Try to invoke ilab config init to prepare a profile for the system

Expected behavior

• ilab gets initialized

Device Info (please complete the following information):

• Hardware Specs: Standard_ND96asr_v4 (nVidia A100)
• OS Version: bootc-azure-nvidia-rhel9:1.5.3-1753936481
• InstructLab Version: [output of \\\\{{{}ilab --version{}}}]
• Provide the output of these two commands:
  • "registry.stage.redhat.io/rhelai1/bootc-azure-nvidia-rhel9:1.5.3-1753936481"

Bug impact
