Goal: 

As an engineering leader, I need to establish an inter-team contract between AIPCC CI/CD, RHOAI DevTestOps, and our team that defines how our teams will interact with one another to:

• Avoid duplication of effort
• Identify opportunities for inter-team collaboration
• Identify areas within the context of Red Hat AI Engineering where we can provide them support (and vice versa)
• Clarify what should happen when a specific topic/resource is not mentioned in the contract

Acceptance Criteria:

• Establish an inter-team contract that has been formally agreed to by AIPCC CI/CD leadership (Klara Bezdekova) and RHOAI DevTestOps leadership (Len DiMaggio)
