Overview

This epic tracks our Business as Usual (BAU) support efforts. As a DevOps team, part of our responsibility within the Agentic & AI Engineering Tools org is to support our fellow component teams as well as our stakeholders and stakeholder teams from a DevOps perspective. Examples of BAU support efforts include, but are not limited to: upstream CI/CD maintenance, team cloud account support, one-off support requests from component teams, and other routine efforts we perform on behalf of the Agentic & AI Engineering Tools Support team or for one of our product SKUs (RHEL AI, RHOAI, or RHAIIS).

Goals

For this sprint's epic, our high-level goals are as follows:
