Goal:

We have an automated way in the notebook to: 

1. run the docling document conversion pipeline
2. run the illuminator tool to find potential errors, specifically with tables, a known problem area
3. get confidence scores for the conversion (WIP) 

Based on #2 and #3, we need to be able to provide documentation and next steps: 

1. help users understand what the results from both tools/processes mean
2. help users 'fix' conversion based on that - i.e. provide recommendation on whether to rerun the docling conversion pipeline with a different configuration if the score is really low or try something else

Acceptance Criteria: Clear documentation in the notebook that tells the user the next steps to take (rerun and how [cmd, pipeline config] or move to the next step)
