Apart from previously created https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHELAI-4183 , there is a mention of amd-smi on https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux_ai/1.5/html/release_notes/rhelai_release_notes#known-issues  . 

This is no longer the case (and would've been out-of-date), and entire amd-smi section should be removed.
