• As an instructlab sdg code maintainer
• I would like Sun-Thurs night ci tests run against 1.5.x and main branches. The 1.5.x branches should test against the instructlab 0.26.x release branch.
• So I can monitor the stability of the repo over time and be able to release as needed.

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Sun->Thurs nightly ci runs are in place the prove the stability
• >1 maintainers are designated to watch over the nightlies and resolve issues. Those maintainers are listed in this issue.
