Goal: 

Chunking a long document can create hundreds of chunks but we want only 5 for a qna.yaml. We can probably use the subset selection from upstream SDG to do this.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Checkbox in the QNA gen tool to enable subset selection for QNA generation
• Running subset selection for QNA gen reliably results in a qna.yaml with 5 contexts
