Description

Create reusable templates in both Markdown and Jupyter Notebook formats. Templates provide a checklist for reviewers to assess notebook structure and formatting consistency.

Acceptance Criteria:
[✔️] Create UX review template in Markdown
[✔️] Create optional Jupyter version of the template
[✔️] Create a directory to hold templates (examples/templates)
[✔️] Open pull request to add templates to the repo
