Goal: 
This story is around investigating how can users consume the Notebook examples repo. What is the initial experience for users to use these examples?

What is problem we are trying to solve:
Red Hat is developing a series of example Jupyter Notebooks for customer to use. This is the "escape hatch" flow when a more prescribed experience is not custom enough for their needs. How can we create a series of examples that meets the users where they are as far as moving out of a prescribed experience to a notebook.

 
Acceptance Criteria:

• review examples in repo
• connect with engineers who developed examples
• expert review on possible pain points users may have with consuming these
• create UX guidelines for notebook creation
• demo your findings
