Description: Provide guidance in the knowledge UI, that skills should not be combined. Feedback from DDIS is that Data scientists could not differentiate between knowledge and skills + could not understand what skills.jsonl was representative of.

• How can we help provide guidance in the knowledge UI, that skills should not be combined with knowledge?
• Is this something that we should only address in docs for now?

Acceptance Criteria: A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• Scope this work just to the knowledge contribution if we are not bringing skills over immediately.
• Users being able to click a link on the knowledge wizard and open the in-app documentation panel to learn more within the UI.
