1. Go to https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/932/ver=1.5/rhel---9/1.5/x86_64/product-software
2. The 1.5 RPMs are visible before the GA date.

Expected behavior

• There are no artefacts for 1.5 available on CDN before GA.
