Goal: 

• As a user, I want to be able to access the SDG Summit Demo notebook from the ilab-on-lls-rh-summit-demo-2025 repository

Acceptance Criteria:

• Notebook authors have been able to run the notebook successfully
• Some automated testing exists for the demo
• The finalized notebook is available on the main branch of the Summit Demo repo which can be found here: https://github.com/opendatahub-io/ilab-on-lls-rh-summit-demo-2025
