Goal: 

• As a user, I need to be able to run the Summit demo notebook on a RHOAI cluster in a containerized fashion

Acceptance Criteria:

• A container image with the notebook and necessary dependencies has been created and tested by the team
• The container image has been published somewhere (such as Quay.io) that is accessible to the team and anyone wishing to run this notebook at Summit
