Goal: 

• As a LLS consumer, I want to be able to use my own provider without contributing it to the main codebase, so that I can be autonomous in my development cycle and have a better control of my Provider.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The PR implementing the functionality as CI coverage using an external provider, if the CI is green and the PR merged, this is a success.
